Getting psyched about going to Singapore again. I sent a message to David Lang and hopefully he replies with some tips and ideas of stuff to do. My back still hurts but I got an icy hot patch that really seems to be making a difference. May have to stop and get some more of these in the morning. Dropped bike off to get a tune-up before going to Singapore.
